The Apple Watch is a smartwatch that can link to the iPhone or iPad, and that can do a broad range of tasks, including show incoming messages and updates from a variety of apps. In terms of fitness, it’s got some nice features – you can use it to track distance travelled and speed, for example, which are nice if you’re a runner. However, the stock strap can be a little irritating – you’d need to replace it with a softer one for any serious sport. In addition, battery life can be erratic at best. This is a smartwatch with fitness features, not something designed from the ground up for keep fit lovers.
